Package size and shipping

MINIMUM ONLINE ORDER FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS

The minimum order size at the TOP DOG Bistro online store is 6 packages of frozen dog food or 16 packages of frozen cat food.
Only such an order can be packed in a thermal package, ensuring that the patties maintain temperature and form during delivery.

Special thermo packaging cost is already included into a final price of production, so no need to pay separately. 

HOW MUCH FITS IN 1 SHIPMENT?

For filling the shipment box (10 kg) and maintaining the thermal mode 1 shipment can contain:
6 x packages of frozen dog food
or
16 x packages of frozen cat food

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS

One shipment with all the thermo packaging weights 11kg (the content of frozen food only is 9,6kg) and the shipping cost is €6.50

Shipping cost will vary based on weight of an original order.

Shipping tariffs are:

Up to10kg - €5


10-20kg - €6.50


20-31kg - €7.50


31-41kg - €8.50


41-52kg - €9.50


52-63kg - €10.50

We do not deliver goods to Kuršių Nerija.

SHIPPING DAYS

We dispatch confirmed and paid orders on WORKING DAYS (excluding holidays and FRIDAYS).

VENIPAK courier delivers parcels on the next working day after receiving them from our freezers (products in thermal packaging remain undamaged for up to 48 hours).

We do not have the ability to specify a specific delivery time interval. However, you can indicate in the comments which working day is suitable for you to RECEIVE the shipment.
