    UAB „Rogių Šunys“ (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) hereby establishes the terms and conditions of personal data processing when using the website www.topdogbistro.lt managed by the Data Controller. The terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply every time you access the content and/or product provided by us, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.

    Data about the data controller is collected and stored at the Vilnius branch of the State Enterprise “Registrų centras”.

    It is very important that you read the TOS carefully, because every time you visit the Data Controller's website www.topdogbistro.lt and social media account, you agree to the terms described in these TOS. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not visit our website and social media account, do not use our content and/or services.

    We confirm that the Data Controller's website visitors' data will be collected in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling authorities. All reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect the data we collect about website visitors from loss, unauthorized use and modification. The Data Controller's employees are committed in writing not to disclose or distribute information received at the workplace, including information about website visitors, to third parties.

In order for you to register, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself (name, surname, email address, phone number, address) so that we can create your account.
    If you order products from us, please provide your name and surname, email address, phone number, delivery address so that we can fulfill your order.

    We may publicly publish the information collected during various lotteries, competitions, games or promotions on websites and/or social media accounts managed by UAB “Rogių Šunys”, for example, we may publish the names and surnames of the winners, and the competition entries of the participants.

    Who do we disclose your information to?
    We will disclose your information to the following entities:
    Companies that provide services at our request, such as courier services, if the order delivery services are provided directly by them, banks/companies that help with payment transactions. The ability of these companies to use your information is limited; they cannot use this information for purposes other than providing services to us;
    Companies that help organize competitions/games/promotions, such as advertising agencies, marketing agencies. The ability of these companies to use your information is limited; they cannot use this information for purposes other than providing services to us.
    To other parties, when required by law or when necessary to protect the information society services we provide.

    To comply with the law or in response to a mandatory legal process (e.g., upon receipt of a lawful order or search warrant or other court order).

    What do we do to protect your information?

    The Data Controller's website or social media accounts may contain third-party banners, links to their websites and services, which the Data Controller does not control. The Data Controller is not responsible for the security and privacy of information collected by third parties.     1. Used to improve the speed of browsing the website.
    Data used: Domain hash code, unique identifier, time and date of the first customer visit, time and date of the previous customer visit, time and date of the current customer visit, number of sessions. Time/date information is stored in UNIX time format.

    2. Identifies customers and sessions. Purpose - tracking and analyzing unique sessions.
    Data used: Domain hash code, unique identifier, time and date of the first customer visit, time and date of the previous customer visit, time and date of the current customer visit, number of sessions. Time/date information is stored in UNIX time format.
    Retention period - 2 years. 

    3. Identifies new sessions/new visits. Purpose - analysis of the growth of the number of new customers.
    Data used: Domain hash code, number of pages viewed during the current session, clicks on redirect links, time and date of the current customer's visit. Time/date information is stored in UNIX time format
    Retention time - 30 min.
    4. Identifies whether this is a new customer session/visit. Purpose - analysis of the growth of the number of new customers.
    Data used: Domain hash code, number of pages viewed during the current session, clicks on redirect links, time and date of the current customer's visit. Time/date information is stored in UNIX time format
    Retention time - end of browser session.
    5. Stores the source that shows how the customer reached the website. Purpose - analysis of the discoverability of the store.
    Data used: Domain hash code, time when cookie was saved, number of sessions, campaign number, campaign source/name/medium (if organic traffic source), campaign terms.

    6. Used to store visitor-level custom variable data.
    Data used: Domain hash, number of pages viewed during the current session, clicks on referring links, time and date of the current customer visit. Time/date information is stored in UNIX time format

    1. Used by Google AdWords to re-engage visitors based on visitors' online behavior across all websites.

    These are cookies of the website's chat system Tawk.to, which are used to identify the visitor. All communication between foodout.lt and the visitor is protected by 128-bit SSL, all data is stored on encrypted servers. The chat log may be saved in order to provide a higher quality support service to the visitor.
