Minimum Order for Frozen Products Online
The minimum order size in the manufacturer’s online store is 6 packs of frozen dog food or 16 packs of frozen cat food.
Only such an order can be packed in a thermal package, ensuring that the food will maintain its temperature and shape during delivery.HOW MUCH FITS IN ONE SHIPMENT?
To fill the shipping box (10kg+) and maintain thermal conditions, one shipment can hold:
6 x packs of frozen dog food
or
16 x packs of frozen cat food
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS
To save on shipping costs, consider doubling your order, for example, 12 packs of dog food.
In this case, the items will arrive in 2 shipments, but you will only pay a one-time packaging and delivery fee of €7.5.
When ordering a well-organized 3 shipments (18 packs) - FREE DELIVERY.

Orders paid by 11 a.m. are shipped on the same business day*.
